Arrance to have lunch with your


partner or friends atleast once a
week

Talk openly with your emmotion with


close friends

Relieve pressure by openly


discussing work problems

Spend an hour or two once a week


from family and work

For every hour take min break

Do not ignore your problems


Acknowledge them as they arise

Learn to say no
You have right to refuse others
excessive demand on you

Practise yoga

Plan activities every day and
weekends
