REFLECTION

From this coursework, I gained a valuable experience when I preparing for the
forum. I learned that working in a group is important and this can make the flow of
the discussion will be well organized. Furthermore, from a good team work in my
group, the forum will become more effective.
Besides, I also feel that I still had lot of things to learn in the process of becoming a
good speaker during the forum. I also sharpen my skill on reading and writing while
doing this coursework as we need to read the articles and make short notes from it. I
also gained new knowledge regarding our topic which is Malaysia Road Safety and
in still self awareness about the issue.
As I presenting my forum, it gives me a better approach on communication skills
where body languages, intonation, voice projection and eye contact are compulsory.
These criteria will make the information can be transferred in better way and I also
managed to overcome the nervous that I felt. I also need to listen to other
presentation which helps me in listening skill.
As a whole, I hope that in the future, I can be a better speaker than I am now. Thank
