To whom it May Concern:

It is a pleasure to write a letter of reference for such a competent young woman as Kisiah
Waterhouse who has proven herself to be an accomplished student and worker. She has
been honored with many rewards, including Student of the Month at the GMTCC. As her
English teacher at Craftsbury Academy, I was saddened to see her leave to attend the tech
school, but I knew her sense of purpose and self-discipline would guide her to success.
That expectation certainly proved to be true as she qualified for National Technical Honor
Society her first year in the tech program.
While Kisiah appears to have a quiet demeanor, she actually has a keen wit and often
would show that in class discussions. She is also a deep thinker and would analyze
literature and situations with perception and empathy. Having also worked with Kisiah
on yearbook tasks for several years, I came to appreciate her dedication to accuracy and
work completion. She is a thorough and dedicated worker. Most importantly, she never
complains about a task and sets the standard for work completion for others. In a
classroom, sports or club setting, Kisiah is definitely a morale builder and a tireless
worker.
I recommend Kisiah Waterhouse without reservation. Please contact me if I can be of
further help.
