‘According to the above mentioned figures, the 4-tier formula ie. 01:15:34:50, already an-roved by the competent authority, is disturbed. For instance there are 720 total posts of Technical 1 Schers. According to 4-tier formula there should be 07 posts of BS-20, 108 posts of BS-19, 245 posts of BS-18 & 360 of BS-17. Similarly in the case of teachers of related studies, there are total 262 posts. After applying the 4-tier formula, there should be 03 posts of BS-20, 39 posts of BS-19, 89 posts of BS-18 & 131 posts of BS-17. There are 1701 posts of Commerce Teachers. According to 4-tier formula, 17 posts will go to BS-20, 255 to BS-19, 578 to BS-18 & 851 posts will remain in BS-17. 4.
