The application for Locational Clearance was submitted to Pasay City on June 30, 2014.
In the process of application, two (2) public hearing was held dated August 3, 2014 and August
prior for the issuance of Locational Clearance of the project.
Pasay City Government issued the Locational Clearance on December 16, 2014,and reminded
the tax clearance of the property where the project is to built.
The process of securing the permit resumed on January 5, 2015 with constant follow up and
submission of other documents that Pasay City required during the processing of the latter.
I hope this provides useful information for future inquiry of STP Pasay project stakeholder.
