Park sale and fill in paper forms
Email the pricing escalation mailbox and include:
Network Tariff
TCO code
NMI/MIRN

CC your team leader

Change of mind

If a customer changes their mind and wishes to switch to a

different product:
Switch the offering from Lumo Advantage to Not Applicable
Enter the price plan manually as you would regularly
