Every New Year We are Welcoming the Coming of a New

Spring! And, It is such a great pleasure to realise that
additionally to the Seasonal Updates, we're all Greeting now the
New Spiritual Spring, which is blossoming inside of our minds
and souls...
Spiritual Spring is the process of inner awakening and becoming
conscious our inner being. It means the rising of the
consciousness beyond the ordinary existence, and awakening to

some Universal truths. It means going beyond the mind and the
ego and realizing who you really are.
Spiritual Spring is a process of shedding our wrong and unreal

conceptions, thoughts, beliefs and ideas and becoming more and
more conscious and aware of our inner being. This process
uncovers the inner spirit that is always present, but hidden
beyond the ego-personality.
Spiritual Spring is our Spiritual growth, our inner

transformation on the new level of prosperity and blossom, and,
is of great importance for everyone, not only for people who
seek spiritual enlightenment and choose to live in far away or
secluded places. Spiritual growth is the basis for a better and
more harmonious life for everyone, a life free of tension, fear
and anxiety.
By discovering who we really are we take a different approach

to life. We learn not to let outer circumstances influence our
inner being and state of mind. We manifest composure and
detachment, and we develop inner power and strength, all of
which are very useful and important tools.
Spiritual growth is not a means for escaping from

responsibilities, behaving strangely and becoming an
impractical person. It is a method of growing and becoming a
stronger, happier and more responsible person.
You can walk on the path of spiritual growth, and at the same
time live the same kind of life as everyone else. You do not have
to live a secluded life in some far away place. You can raise a
family, work or run a business, and yet at the same time engage
in practices that lead to inner growth.
A balanced life requires that we take care not only of the

necessities of the body, feelings and mind, but also of the spirit,
and this is the role of spiritual growth.

10 tips for spiritual growth:
1. Read spiritual and uplifting books. Think about what you

read, and find out how you can use the information in your life.
2. Meditate for at least 15 minutes every day. If you do not know

how to meditate, it is easy to find books, websites or teachers
who can teach you meditation.
3. Learn to make your mind quiet through concentration

exercises and meditation.
4. Acknowledge the fact that you are a spirit with a physical

body, not a physical body with a spirit. If you can really accept
this idea, it will change your attitude towards many things in
your life.
5. Look often into yourself and into your mind, and try to find
out what is it that makes you feel conscious and alive.
6. Think positive. If you find yourself thinking negatively,

immediately switch to thinking positively. Be in control of what
enters your mind. Open the door for the positive and close it for
the negative.
7. Develop the happiness habit, by always looking at the bright

side of life and endeavoring to be happy. Happiness comes from
within. Do not let your outer circumstances decide your
happiness for you.
8. Exercise often your will power and decision making ability.

This strengthens you and gives you control over your mind.
9. Thank the Universe for everything that you get.

10. Develop tolerance, patience, tact and consideration for

others.
Spiritual growth is the birthright of everyone. It is the key to a

life of happiness and peace of mind, and the manifesting the
enormous power of the inner spirit. This spirit is equally present
within the most material person, and within the most spiritual
person. The level of the manifestation of spirituality is

Colour Therapy

Colour Therapy is a complementary therapy for which there is

evidence dating back thousands of years to the ancient cultures
of Egypt, China and India. Colour is simply light of varying
wavelengths, thus each colour has its own particular wavelength
and energy. The energy relating to each of the seven spectrum of
colours red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet,
resonates with the energy of each of the seven main chakras/
energy centres of the body. If you can imagine the chakras as a
set of cogs/wheels, they are rather like the workings of a clock
or an engine; each cog/wheel needs to move smoothly for the
clock/engine to work properly. Thus good health and wellbeing
is achieved by a balance of all these energies. Balance of the
energy in each of the body's chakras is very important for health
and wellbeing. Colour therapy can help to re-balance and/or
stimulate these energies by applying the appropriate colour to
the body and therefore re-balance our chakras. Red relates to the
base chakra, orange the sacral chakra, yellow the solar plexus
chakra, green the heart chakra, blue the throat chakra, indigo the
brow chakra (third eye) and violet relates to the crown chakra.
Colour is absorbed by the eyes, skin, skull our 'magnetic energy
field' or aura and the energy of colour affects us on all levels,
that is to say, physical, spiritual and emotional. Every cell in the
body needs light energy - thus colour energy has widespread
effects on the whole body. There are many different ways of
giving colour, including; Solarized Water, Light boxes/lamps
with colour filters, colour silks and hands on healing using
colour.

As babies we first experience colour in the womb where we are

enveloped in a nurturing and comforting pink. Then as a child
we associate with colour as part of our first learning processes.
These first associations contribute to our consciousness. As we
get older we attach many different feelings, memories and
meanings to certain colours and this can then become a feature
in our subconscious. We can build up prejudices to colours
which have happy, sad, or frightening connotations for us.
All life experiences make an impression upon us. Some

experiences will be positive and some negative. It is these
negative experiences which can manifest themselves physically
over time as dis-ease. As an example. perhaps we have, over the
years, been in a situation where we have felt unable, for one
reason or another, to speak our mind, or to express our own
truth. This can manifest as a problem in the throat chakra. The
throat chakra relates in the spiritual aspect to self expression.
Thus, if our self expression has been blocked, the energy in this
area will not be free flowing and in turn this can lead to a
physical manifestation of dis-ease.Noting strong colour
preferences can also be a helpful aid to finding possible
problems and working with the appropriate colour/colours to
help to dispel negative feelings, free blocks and re-balance the
body emotionally, spiritually and, in turn, physically.
Colour Therapy is a totally holistic and non-invasive therapy

and, really, colour should be a part of our everyday life, not just
something we experience for an hour or two with a therapist.
Colour is all around us everywhere. This wonderful planet does
not contain all the beautiful colours of the rainbow for no
reason. Nothing on this earth is here just by chance; everything
in nature is here for a purpose. Colour is no exception. All we
need to do is to heighten our awareness of the energy of colour
and how it can transform our lives. A professional therapist will
help you to do this. The capacity for health and wellbeing is
within us all.

Colour therapy is safe to use alone or alongside any other

therapy whether orthodox medicine or another complementary
therapy and is safe and helpful for adults, children and animals
too. Please be aware that no complementary therapy should be
considered as an alternative to professional medical advice
where necessary and no properly qualified complementary
therapist would suggest that, neither would they suggest that
you stop taking your medication etc. If you are taking
medication you should consult the prescribing professional
before you stop taking it.
Light neurobics with "colours of light" (VIBGYOR)
Colour is a form of vibrational energy that has played an

important role in health and healing for thousands of years. The
ancient Egyptians built halls of colour in their great temples at
Thebes and other places, where they researched the influences
of light and colour.
Each colour of the spectrum is associated with a range of

wavelengths, which means that there are hundreds of subtle
nuances of colour. Not all of these are visible to the human eye,
since colours vibrating at similar rates look very much alike.
Violet wavelengths are the shortest, ranging from around 380 to
450 nanometers (nm.). Red wavelengths are the longest,
panning 630 to 760 nm.
Different colours affect the mind, body and spirit in different

ways and most cultures associate colours with particular
qualities, feelings, and so forth.
Colour is one of the nine basic 'cures' applied in Feng Shui, the
Chinese art of divination and directing energy (qi) to create
conditions that are conducive to health, happiness and good
fortune. Some basic concepts about different colours are as
follows:

White: White is technically not a colour, as it is the result of all

the colours mingling together in equal proportions. In the west it
is associated with purity, innocence and cleanliness.
Violet and Indigo: These colours are associated with
spirituality, loyalty, divine and love. Leonardo da Vinci claimed
that the power of meditation could be enhanced tenfold under
the influence of violet rays passing through the stained glass
windows of a quiet church. In muted hues this colour can be
helpful for treating headaches, neuroses, and certain forms of
schizophrenia and dementia.
Blue: Blue is associated with faith, caring, peace and fidelity.
Cornflower and lavender blue in particular represent
spiritualism, thoughtfulness, constancy and kindness.
Green: Green is universally considered to be the colour of
growth, healing, selfless love and tranquillity. The green colour
of plants promotes love and harmony to ease troubled minds.
Green is associated with the heart and when we think green, it
attracts whatever we need to feel nurtured and calm. Too much
green can create a static condition because it alleviates all
stress.
Yellow: Yellow represents patience, tolerance, contentment,
happiness, wisdom and mental energy. It helps to expand
horizons and brings fulfilment. In China, charms against evil
spirits are written on yellow paper.
Orange: Orange represents purity, togetherness and feminine
sensuality.
Pink: Pink is a warming, soothing , reassuring colour that
represents love and romance. When you feel angry, think pink
and the anger will evaporate.
Red: Red is a passionate and stirring colour which relates to
will power, life and courage. It is a highly emotional and
energizing colour. If you are over emotional or hyperactive, it is
best not to surround yourself with this colour. In China, red is
the symbol of virtue.

Art for Me is a Real Therapy. When I Paint, I feel like I connect

with the Surreal Realms ( of other dimensions)... I think, it is not
possible to understand if you're not practicing painting...)))
Sometimes I have real visions of my future composition, when

I'm dreaming or just resting in meditative trance... But more
often, it is just an exprompt of my self-expression, I suppose,
of my Higher Self.
When I take a brush, sometimes I don't know yet what's gonna

happened next, it is always some kind of revelation for me!
Everything what I do, is just TRUST, Trust to the Above and

trying to paint spontaneously...During the process, I start seeing
what is up to 'reveal' itself and just keeping to following this
High-Above recommendations to manifest it in the most
beautiful and sensual way...
How many ours per day you can concentrate on painting?
Well, honestly, I've never counted time during my sessions.

Sometimes I can start from the very morning and 'awaken into
reality' closer to the deep evening... When I paint, I think my
mind relocates into a differect dimension , out of space-time
continuum... And it is very fascinating, I've already deeply
realized that time is a very relative unit of measurement. All
depends on your mind-spirit condition. More than that, using
our imagination, we can easily relocate our mind into other
realms and dimensions. Truly to say, everyone of us akind of
magician or wizard, who has skills to travel in time and create
our own reality! Isn't it a great benefit for us Humans to be on
Earth and works as Transmitters of Spiritual energy for the
Benefit of All?!

Awe, definitely, TRUST YOUR INNER SELF!!! It is the best

Guidience. Some people using my cards as Oracle Cards for

The Mythology and Associations: The ruler of Aquarius is

Uranus. Its symbol represents water, a universal image which
dates back into prehistory. This will also be recognized in the
egyptian hieroglyph representing the same. The association in
Aquarius is that of the servant of humanity pouring out the
water of knowledge to quench the thirst of the world. These
symbolic waves of water, share the dual expression of
vibrational waves of electricity or parallel lines of force.
To fully appreciate the mythological significance of Aquarius, it

is necessary to bear in mind the importance of water to our
ancestors. The very existence of the ancients depended upon the
supply of life sustaining moisture. During the month of
Aquarius, the rains were on the land, literally poured from the
heavens. In many regions of the ancient world, this was seen as
the beginning of the new year, a time of new life cycles. It is not
hard to understand why some images depict the figure of
Aquarius as a water bearing woman.
The region of the night sky in which Aquarius resides is
populated by water signs. In Babylonia, this region of the zodiac
was known as the Sea. Here we also find, Capricornus, the
water goat and Pisces, the fish.
To the Greeks, Aquarius was associated with Ganymede, the son
of Tros, king of Phrygia. The god Zeus, so admired the boy's
beauty that he abducted him to serve as cup bearer on Mount
Olympus. It was this desire to possess the young prince which
inspired Zeus to cast his image eternally in the night sky.
The Egyptians associated this time of year with the god Hapi. A
heavyset, abundant figure, Hapi was responsible for the annual
flooding of the river Nile. In some images he is seen watering
the earth from two large jugs.
The Dreams: People have been having many water type dreams.
Usually they are very scary. Many people are afraid that these
dreams are prophetic and that the ocean is going to come over  
the land and kill everyone. However, other dreams like this
portray similar ocean dreams but the dreamer just stands there
and watches in awe and feels no fear. Other dreams are about
fish tanks which are broken and fish are flopping on the floor
helplessly, and others where the tank breaks and water falls to
the floor, but the fish swim in the air just like they were still in
the water. We have come to think of these dreams, as being
prophetic, Yes! However, not that the physical world will be
destroyed but that we are undergoing a spiritual change, and
these dreams are messages that the Age of Pisces (a water sign)
is ending, and that the Age of Aquarius (the water bearer sign)

Has the Age of Aquarius Arrived?

Precession of the Equinoxes
Until recently, the Greek Hipparchus, was given the credit for
discovering the procession of the equinoxes. This 25,920 cycle is
the foundation for the Age of Pisces which by modern
measurement puts each age as 2,160 years long. The procession
causes the fixed stars to rise and set against the earth’s solar
years so that at the first day of spring, which is the spring
equinox, the constellation of Aries no longer rises but the
constellation of Pisces does now. In contrast, the Egyptians
started their year at the summer solstice when the constellation
Orion rose with the sun to mark the beginning of the flooding of
the Nile.
With more insightful study of ancient myths and Egyptian
temples, texts and myths, it now appears that the Egyptians
priests knew and measured the procession back to the old
kingdom and there are hints that this knowledge went back to
the Age of Gemini which ended somewhere near 6,140 BC.
In 1895, John Lockyer, the British Astronomer Royal, wrote The

Dawn of Astronomy where he visited and measured most of the
Egyptian temples to prove their alignment to fixed stars and  
their realignment every 400 years to compensate for the

precession. He was highly disregarded in his time but
recognized for his original thinking in the 70’s.
Schwaller de Lubicz showed that the Zodiac of Dendera in the

Temple of Hathor (around 100 BC) was actually a time clock
measurement that marked the procession of the equinoxes from
the Age of Pisces back to the Age of Taurus which started in
4380 BC by his calculations. Schwaller estimated the Age of
Pisces to begin near 60 BC and the Age of Aquarius to begin at
2012 AD.
Dr. Giorgio de Santillana, historian and author of Hamlet’s

Mill, traced all the ancient myths and legends around the world
to show they had a foundation in the description of the
procession. Jane B. Sellers then extended Santillana’s concept in
The Death of the Gods in Ancient Egypt by analyzing Egyptian
myth to show the consistent reference to the procession of the
stars in their religious beliefs in the Osiris- Horus myths. These
myths were the center of their theology, they empowered the
pharaohs, and determined their death beliefs and practices.
The Orion Mystery by Robert Bauval (an engineer) and Adrian
Gilbert use the procession of the equinoxes to add proof that the
Great Pyramid and the King’s Chamber were used to send the
dead Pharaoh’s spirit to the Orion constellation. By use of
modern astronomy software they calculate the Age of Aquarius
to begin approximately 2012-2013 AD when a half precession
cycle of 12,920 shows the Orion constellation at it’s highest
declination of -1 degree 50 seconds and it’s maximum altitude at
the Meridian at 58 degrees 11 seconds. It’s opposite point at
10,300 BC would have been the beginning of the Age of Leo
when Zeta Orionis would have a lowest declination of -48
degrees 53 seconds and an altitude at the meridian of 11 degrees
8 seconds. (Footnote 1)
This last calculation hints that the Egyptians might have
considered that the concept of Great Return could begin at the
Age of Leo when the stars in Orion are at its lowest declination.
Jane Sellers stated that “I am convinced that for ancient man,
the numbers 72...2160, 25,920 all signified the concept of the

Eternal Return.” Footnote 2. It takes 72 years for the precession
to move 1 degree, 2,160 years for one Age, and 25,920 for the
entire cycle to repeat.
Robert Hand in the essay, The Age and Constellation of Pisces,
uses the date of 221 AD as the date when the topical and
sidereal zodiacs where in alignment which was deduced by
Fagan and Bradley. From this point he calculates the first star
in Pisces to cross the vernal point at 111 BC, which would place
the Age of Aquarius to begin near 2,012 AD.
So, from three very different calculations, we have the Age of

Aquarius beginning from 2,012 to 2,100 AD (transition zone).
Yet, why do I sense that we have already entered the Age of
Aquarius? Since the invention of mass production, global use of
electricity, the car, phone, television, NASA, invention of
technology to shrink the globe with computers, and satellite
transmission of voice and data like the Internet. These are all
related to Aquarius. Since the advent of psychology with Freud,
Jung and Adler, the Church as been displaced as a prime
spiritual force for many. This century brought the decline of
Church power over most governments. They can only advise and
recommend now. This is a decline in the force of Pisces and the
Great Religions. Since we are within 1 degree of a new age, are
we sliding into the change gradually over a century or two? Is
the presence of Uranus and soon Neptune in 2012 into Aquarius
a preview to the future or a reaching out to pull the Age more
into Now?
Kepler believed that the great conjunctions of Jupiter and
Saturn in the sign of Pisces truly noted the full beginning of the
Age. But that was before the discovery of Uranus, Neptune and
Pluto. What are our modern measurements now? Could Uranus
and Neptune be adequate significators? Uranus will reenter
Aquarius in 2012 just in time for the New Age. Aquarius’s ruler
will be in its own sign at entry. Personally, I like this idea best.

Any New Epoch brings its own gifts to Humanity. The Age of
Aquarius is not an exemption. Zodiac Sign of a woman, who
carries the vessel with Pure Water and pouring it to the Earth,
signifies the Renaissance of the Great Femininity. From Ancient
legends we know, that the Symbol of a vessel with water,
characterizes the new shift of the consciousness into Awakening!
‘The pouring water’ is a symbol of spiritual knowledge and
planetary purification. As any purification, it is a complex
process of transformation of the old principles of life into the
New ones.
First of all, we are talking about the inner transformation of a
Human Being!
