To Whom It May Concern:

I have been asked to write a letter of recommendation for Kyler Lada and I am pleased to do so. I have known
Kyler approximately four years, as he is a student at Shepherd High School where I am employed. I had the
opportunity to become better acquainted with Kyler, as he currently works in the high school office as a Student
Assistant in the Applied Office and Technology Skills class, in which I am his supervisor.
In the high school, students are exposed to a wide variety of situations which do not just involve learning the
necessary skills to maintain an office, but the vital skill of communication. In our office, one must interact with
many individuals, such as students, staff members, community agencies and parents. In each instance where
Kyler has interacted with others, he has always maintained a helpful and friendly presence.
In additional to school responsibilities, Kyler has been involved in many extracurricular activities. He is a
member of our Cross Country, Football and Track and Field teams. Kyler has also been employed throughout
this school year, while participating in school sports. Kyler has also participated in the Maple Syrup Festival
events throughout high school. He has been an active member of the annual Maple Syrup Festival 5K Run,
helping to organize the race and distribute items to the participants.
I believe that you will find Kyler to be a confident, young man who will work diligently in any task and
responsibility that is assigned, always striving to do his best. If you need additional information, you may
