in: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia (including Brunei), Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and

Allowance: 3.150.000VND per month


Responsibilities:

Generate enthusiasm and inspiration for ZALORA website and brand through
optimization initiatives and constant high-quality appearance of website visuals and
text, easy navigation and effective user-interface
Work with relevant channels (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Campaign
Management, Social Media, SEO etc) to gain more customer insights throughout
daily/major campaigns and events and perform tasks accordingly where needed
Coordinate closely with Product Management and Onsite team to carry local/regional
initiatives to constantly improve and optimize ZALORA website and customers
shopping experience
Understanding where customers entries on website and which Marketing channel and
device they come from and their expectations towards the website content
Assist in creating and analyzing relevant onsite reports (i.e. Landing Pages,
DoubleClick Management, Search Terms etc) to provide insightful findings and trend
into customers' behavior on ZALORA website

Requirement:

Effective commutation in both English and Vietnamese


Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Resilience, patience and ability to learn on the job to effectively manage multiple
priorities and meet deadlines;
Must be computer/tech-savvy and comfortable working with system/process
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel)
Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up
environment;
Good knowledge and understanding of online marketing data is preferred
