SPK is a closure fit for purpose and can provide


equivalent or superior performance to traditional cork
and muselet closure (Dr Vince OBrien, General Manager
Technical Services, AWRI).

ability to retain CO2

The technical performance of SPK on


sparkling wine has been independently
tested by Provisor & confidentially tested
in-house by multiple Trial Partners for 12
months. All tests have been reviewed &
assessed by the AWRI.

The OTR of SPK is 0.01cc/day (in 100%
oxygen).
