BEFORE

Bosch angle grinder, flap disc

YOULL NEED
Scraper, Crown plaster primer, Dulux Weatherguard (Brilliant White), paint roller

BEFORE

STEP 1
Put old newspaper on the floor.

STEP 2
Grind the plaster with the flap
disc to expose the brickwork.

STEP 3

Brush off excess dust.

STEP 1

Remove loose,
flaking paint from
the wall with a
scraper. Brush to
remove dust.

TIP:

STEP 2

Apply the primer with


the roller and leave to
dry.

STEP 3
Apply two coats of
Dulux Weatherguard
(Brilliant White) for a
good finish.

As with all paint jobs, thoroughly clean the wall


before applying paint. This will ensure the surface
remains smooth in the long term.

TIP:

An exposed brick wall creates a rustic or industrial


look and works well in areas such as kitchens and
entertainment areas.
