Designation: Sales Team Member (Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager)


Job Description:

Identify new business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per
targeted plans.
Building & maintaining healthy relations with existing & prospective clients like
investors, retailers, dealers/brokers and individual of high net worth etc so as to keep
them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings.
Devise strategies to enhance business by visiting potential customer for the
organization & manage business development to enhance the revenues of the
Organisation.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor
moves to achieve market share metrics.
Co-ordinating with various Functions/Departments at various stages of the assigned
projects. (E.g. Projects, legal, accounts, customer service development etc.)

Management Graduates having Dynamic & Pleasing Personality with exceptional


Persuasive & Convincing Skills

Hands On Experience in Sales of High End Super Luxury Products / Concept


Selling is a Mandate

Should own a Conveyance.

Minimum 3-4 yrs of experience in Sales.

Prior exp in real estate industry would be an added advantage.

Exp: 3-8 yrs


Salary range: 25-40 k
