MAGNETIC LEVEL GAUGESeee
Magnetic Level Gauge employ two elementary principles.
1) Archimedes Principle accordinato which a body Immersed in aliquid receives a buoyancy equal to the weight
‘of displaced liquid.
i) Principle of attraction among dissimilar poles of permanent magnets and that of repulsion between like poles.
‘Afloat containing magnet follows liquid level in the liquid chamber which corresponds to the level in the tank.
Position ofthe float inside the chamber is indicated outside by bicoloured flappers embedded with magnet by
1180°rotation and setting into uniform colour along the traverse of the float.

he magnetic flat gauge is designed so that
the fuid being measured is enclosed within,
a sealed chamber. A float fited with a permanent
magnet moves freely i ‘the chamber and
activates the flappers of the aluminum indicator
mounted on the outside ofthe chamber.
[As the magnetic fioat passes each fapper with
fising or faling with Tquid level, The flapper
rotates 180° to show the other color.
tating fappers are instaled in the Non-
Magnetic Case a intervals of 10 mm or so.
It doesn't fail to indicate even at the sudden
change of liquid level. The liquid phases and
gaseous are indicated by red color and white
‘olor respectively.
®
agnetic Type Level Indicators an
instrument for indicating the fuid
level. It has a magnetic lat inside of
the Non-Magnetic Chamber and an
indicator outside of it
The indicator indicates ‘uid level by
means of magnetic force of the magnet
instal inside the fat. The Indicator is
completely separated from the chamber.
‘The level of iquid and gaseous phases
‘can be distinguished cleaty by the Bi-
Color.

‘Alarm swiich has the seltholding type leed switch.
Thats, when the N pole of magnet float coming near,
‘he swich wil be closed [ON], afer the magnetic fot
passed by, the switch sil remain closed [ON]. and
when the magnet is coming back, the switch will be
opened [OFF] again. and after the magnet passed
‘way, the switch sil remain open [OFF] aso.
When the switch is installed in the opposite ditecton,
the ON-OFF operation ofthe former wil be reversed
Therefore, the operation [ON-OFF] is easy to change
onthe side.
‘As our switch has no polarization, There is ite
point in arguing about an electric circuit whether
wires are connected with terminal 1 or2.

‘comes up or down the exact place of switch located.
LEVEL TRANSMITTER
Used for detecting the level of measuring object fom
various level in the vessels or tanks and for
‘ransmiting it ater converting to electic output signal
‘and direct indication can also be possible with

‘A transient changing of liquid level is continuously
‘ranamited by converting change of resistance value
level switch insted on the chamber.
