Negotiate pricing and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, fulfilling the

requirements of the company.

Control and report all the procurement process since the purchase request to
receiving the materials and services on the jobsite.
Prepare the Purchase Orders and Contracts following all the procedures of the
company.
Coordinate with the Finance Department the terms of payment.
Evaluate the compliance of the goods and services with the required quality and
specifications of the project.
Coordinate with suppliers and prepare the documents required by the client for the
approval of the goods and services to contract.
Ensure timely delivery of the goods and services as specified in the work program.
Prepare documentation for internal process giving clear information of the status of
the procurement activities during all the process.
Represent and respect he core values of the company, ensuring the best ethic
practices.

Provide an efficient material supply chain which optimizes production schedules and enables
organization to achieve outstanding customer service
Ensures that the production material needs are met to allow plant goals to be achieved e.g., materials
are received in a Just-in-time mode to meet the production schedule requirements, schedules are
developed and materials are handled such that the plant resources are optimized, product cycle times are
continuously improving, distribution plan is attained, and inventory goals are achieved
Achievement of excellent customer service through the timely distribution of finished goods to logistic
centres and customers
Responsible for raw material and finished goods inventories and developing / implementing projects to
reduce inventory levels
Development of daily, weekly, and annual production schedules optimized for minimal raw materials
levels, efficient use of Plant production resources, and low levels of finished goods
Overall management of the incoming materials supply chain and local Plant inventories using business
enterprise system
May be responsible for management of the warehouse teams in a factory and ensuring efficient and
high quality shipments of product to the LC and customers
Manages transportation processes and identifies and implements cost reduction projects
Works with procurement in identifying and setting up new suppliers

 Responsible for external co-packer supply and cost management (with procurement)
