The last bottle Shiny, crystal. dleor. breathing the sun..in out..in out, through its slender, grooved almost juvenile curves, Before that one Sunday afternoon, Finu had never realized that when a plastic bottle is put against a beam of filtered sunlight, nothing looks the some there after-After overhearing a conversation about a certain stairway to heaven in the church that very afternoon. the thought of a luminous staircase carved in bright lustrous plastic started taking shope in a little corner of her fickle-ishly determined head. Finu would merrily walk around the streets of her town collecting these glowing pieces of marvels off the pavernent and added them to her on growing stairway. ‘One day while she was busy clearing off labels from her collected stack a siren outside the window glared (((Plastics Banned))) "Any dictum through aloudspecker would drive her law abiding-city folks deep into their ratholes! she thought-And like she thought from the very next day paper bags and clothed rags had grayed the once magnificently gittering marketplace, "How will ever make my stairway living in this town" she sighed Right then @ paper bag got stuck in the sole of herred shiny-plasticy gum boot. The moment she bent to remove it, her eyes were glued to a sticky piece of rag which read~ "Big City doomed with unmanageable plastic waste". shimmer floated in her watery eyes, Next morning she was in the city of her dreams. The Big City. Piles of plostic waste gloriously squatted in every corner. Bottles lying in the middle of the street with nobody caring to pick them up. Finu was in heaven already. ‘She happily went around picking up bottles and building her stairway steadily and with lots of precision Soon she had reached the end of the pyramidal stairway, This was the day when it would be in its final form. She got up in the best of her spirits, went out for a bottle of juice. Fresh lime her favorite, Sipped gluttonousiy through each sip, this was going to be the last final piece in her life project. ‘She has now finished the bottle and now will make a turn facing away from the bottle for no particular reason and the moment she will turn the bettle will disappear. And now it has. Gone, Finu is bewildered, She runs all around in search of her final bottle but it has gone, lost in the morning hustle. Tired she comes back and decides to buy another bottle. Again this time with some lapse of judgment Finu will agoin not see the bottle disoppear. But they will Finu is unable to comprehend this unexpected turn of events. ‘She decides to move out on the street and pick up one of the bottles lying next to the subway or the bus stop queue or the pizzeria, All her hopes are met with clean and sparkling streets. All the garbage is gone. But plastic is still on in the market. Someone has swept off the Big City overnight. Finu connot sleep at night anymore. The empty spot at the top of the pyramid doesn't let her go to bed, One night she dreams of the last juice bottle with rabbit ears running ahead of her. He takes her to a place she knows. It's the abandoned paper mill down two blocks. After moving to the basement it disappears. Finu woke up from her dream and decided to go after the white bottled rabbit, Finu is now in the basement of the old paper mil Its pitch dark and nothing is visible. The moment she decides to leave the place a streak of luminous light comes from a creak in the door. There is a trap door right below it. Finu enters the basement and what she sees wil again never let her see things the sarne ‘way, Standing right in front of her is a stairway to heaven higher than hers. Gigontically enormous. But she doesn't fail to notice that the top is empty. Krish is going to come out from behind the pyramid now and they are only a few words ‘way from finding their last bottles.
