Facts have been adduced which indicate that you, inter alia 1, are no longer fit or able to serve as a Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioner, under NJ.S.A. $8:14-3; 2. have committed conduct which is violative of your Commissioner's oath, in derogation of N.IS.A. $8:14- 45 3. have violated N.IS.A. 58:14-5, probibiting direct, indirect, and other interests in Passaic Valley Sewerage ‘Commissioners contracts; and 4. have violated the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners Code of Bthies. ‘Your continued participation in PVSC affairs would be disruptive to the effective and orderly operation of the PVSC facility and contrary to my Administration’s efforts to promote sound fiscal policies and ensure compliance with ethics laws. Thereby immediately suspend you without pay pending resolution of the proceedings to remove you for cause. Unless I receive your resignation by the close of business on January 27, 2011, you are hereby directed to appear before David A. Cohen, Director, Office of Employee Relations, on January 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m, in the Governor’s Authorities Unit Conference Room, Third Floor, New Jersey Statehouse, 125 West State Street, ‘Trenton, NJ 08625, to be advised of the charges pending a future hearing on the merits.
