KEMEX-COLD AFFF3% & 6% FOAM

DESCRIPTION
Kemex Brand COLD AFFF 3% & 6% (Aqueous film Forming Foam) concentrate is formulated by
fluorochemical , hydrocarbon surfactants , special solvent & anti-freezing solvent. It is excellent for
extinguishing hydrocarbons fuel fire . Initially aqueous film is formed which prevent the release of fuel
vapor. The foam blanket forms aqueous film on fuel surface & water present in foam helps in cooling the
fuel it rapid fire knockdown properties .

APPLICATION
. Kemex COLD AFFF is available in 3% & 6% concentrate.
. It is suitable for fresh water & Tap water .
. Flowable at -200C , suitable for low application, medium foam making equipment.
. Best fire fighting choice for high risk like Aviation, petroleum product storage Area & not suitable
for polar solvent
. Compatible with all types of dry chemical powder like SBC, MAP & Potassium Base dry
Chemical powder .
.it can be used in affixed system water spray or sprinkler system & also suitable for
Aspirating & non aspirating nozzle.

STORAGE
Stored in Kemex Original Supplied Containers, within -200C to 500C shelf life of material
is expected to be 10-15 years the storage place shall be free from dampness, well Ventilated And the
container shall not be directly exposed to the sunrays.
