I am writing this letter in order to present my complaints about your delivery services performed for my restaurant in the past few months. Fistly,I have to mention that my dissatisfactions are caused by numerous aspects regarding your delivery services. On 1 st May 2015,I ordered 100 kilograms of purple potatoes, 50 kilograms of broccoli, 20 boxes of red onion, 15 boxes of cherry tomatoes and 30 green salads.The consignment arrived on 2nd May 2015,but instead I get the full order, I received half of each quantity ordered. It is obvious that you delivery firm has a huge problem in what is concerning orders management and I affirm this based on the fact that after I sent you my order, I immediately received its confirmation according to which, you had in your stock,all the quantities necessary for my restaurant. This error and the discrepancy between your approximations regarding your stock and reality caused to my restaurant a lot of inconvenience because it put my firm in an unpleasant and difficult situation. I had to make some emergency purchases to fulfil my restaurants commitments to all our customers. This situation determined me to address you this letter in the hope that you will try to correct immediately your issues of taking orders and to ensure that such errors do not happen again.
