SPECIALIZATION CHOICE FORM PGDM BATCH 2014-16

This form is to enable students to indicate their choice for specialization
areas in the second year of the PGDM program.
It is to be noted that the institution will have the final say in offering
specialization opportunities depending the number of students opting for the
area. A minimum of 20 students opting for the area is necessary for the
same to be offered.
Students are required to indicate their first, second and third choice of areas
for the 1st Specialization (Major) and 2nd Specialization (Minor) separately.
Choice of specialization once indicated below cannot be changed.
This form duly filled in will have to be submitted in hard copy to
Academic Coordinator Yash Vaghela by 13 April 2015, 4 pm.
