 Charlene and Marlene meet at a summer camp and

become best friends, even considering themselves as twins.
Verna arrives to the summer camp with a group of special
kids for the final weekend.
Marlene visits Charlene in the hospital
In their one and only confrontation with Verna the girls are
leaded to quickly and quietly push her head under the
water and hold it there.
