Campers must have their own medical
coverage. Campers should also bring
bag lunch Monday-Thursday.

Cost: $125 per camper

When?

CAMP RELEASE STATEMENT

I understand that Shalom Christian Academy does not provide medical
insurance for campers. I understand that in the event of illness or
injury requiring treatment/hospitalization, family medical insurance
must be used. I give the approval of my childs attendance at the
Shalom Enrichment Camp and certify that my son/daughter is in good
health for camp activities. If medical attention is required for illness
or injury while attending camp, I give my permission for care determined necessary by the camp staff.
