2015 End of the Year Textbook and Calculator

Collection and Late Fees

Final Date to be Cleared from Not Clear List to be Exempt from Finals
May 29, 2015 is the last day to return checked out sports equipment, library materials,
club fundraiser money, class issued books (such as English readers, etc) or pay
outstanding fines (textbooks, parking, etc) to be exempt from finals.

Textbooks and calculators can be turned in to your teacher during final exams.

All Lockers Must Be Cleaned Out by 9:30AM on

There will be a $10 fine for textbooks and calculators found in lockers during
locker clean out or found in classrooms after the last day of school.

All Textbooks Must Be Returned to School by

Thursday, June 4, 2015, 12PM
Seniors should have all textbooks/fines cleared before graduation. Seniors, final
transcripts to your college will be held until textbooks are returned and fines are
paid. Students not cleared will be unable to check out textbooks next school year until
textbooks/fines have been cleared.

Fines (starting June 17, 2015)

$1.00 per day/per book late fee up to $18 per book.
Locker clean out will be June 4th beginning at 9:45AM.
$10 fine for books abandoned in lockers or found elsewhere in the building.
A fee of 20% of the cost of the book will be charged to remove sticky residue.
A fee of 50-100% of the cost of a book for water/other liquid damage.
A fee of 100% of the cost of the book will be charged for mildew damage.

charged for books not returned.
