Notes:
1- Applicant contractor staff should be provided with
relevant HSE induction and certificates attached alon
with copies of resident cards.
2- Contractor site supervisor should be approved by
OETC HSE as competent person and entry permitted
all applicants only with the approved competent
person.
3- No work allowed without obtaining appropriate
safety documents from OETC.
4- Work should be done under direct supervision of
approved competent person.
5- Mandatory to wear personal protective equipment
6- Only authorized vehicles allowed to enter.
7- No material should enter or taken from grid station
without permission of OETC.
8-All the time safety to be maintained strictly.
9- Always maintain good housekeeping and tidy
workmanship.
10- Always use proper tools & EQUIPMENT.
11- Do not touch any equipment or enter room, which
is not related to your company.
12- For any assistance contact OETC authorized perso

14- Any non-compliance may cause work stoppage.
