Services and Subscription Rates from 1 July, 2010

Telecom Leased Lines
Leased Line connectivity is suitable for organisations that require dedicated and continuous access
to Internet. The leased lines are to be obtained from basic Telecom service providers like
BSNL/MTNL/RELIANCE/SIFY/BHARTI/TATA etc. from the user premises to the nearest
ERNET POP. These leased links will be obtained by ERNET on users behalf.

There will only be 1:1 bandwidth available and customers in all other compressions will be
migrated to the bandwidth based on the nearest commercial the customers are paying
presently.
No new customers will be subscribed below 2Mbps normally.

Terms & Conditions

Annual charges for Lease line/ Radio link will be extra.

The user organization should have a Local Area Network (LAN) in place.
Efforts will be made to provide bandwidth on Ethernet interface for scalability.
AMC for equipment will be charged extra at 8% of the equipment cost from 2nd year
onwards in case provided by ERNET.
