Tomato plant

Good morning everyone.

Hello there. I am a tomato plant. Say it with me. TO-MA-TO . Not potato, TOMATO
TO-Mae-Do. Good. Let me tell you a story about myself.
When I was small, I was a seed inside a pot. I was buried inside the dirt and stay
there silently. Then I started to grow out of my slumber with the help of the farmer who
regularly pour some water into my pot. I dont need food because I can make my own with
the help of the sun. My food is made through photosynthesis.
Then I began to grow, and grow and grow into a plant with green leaves but I was still
small. But soon I am as tall as your knees. After a few weeks, I finally have some flowers all
over me. Then the flowers turn into fruits which all you would call TOMATO. Is tomato a fruit
or a vegetable. Well, it depends. In the kitchen while cooking, you would say it is a vegetable
but in science, it is fruit. Dont believe me. GOOGLE it for yourself.
My fruit is red, round and juicy. You can eat it raw, cook it or turn it into ketchup. No
matter how you eat my fruit, it is delicious. It tastes sweet and sour. And remember tomato
are rich in vitamin C and vitamin K which good for your health.
As a tomato plant, I have many enemies. The caterpillar always eat my leaves.
Same goes with grasshoppers and snails. They keep chewing on my greens until nothing
left. Birds and frogs are my friend because they keep these insects away. The farmers may
kill the insects with pesticide but this poison is not good for me, other animals and for you
too.
Thus, here I am a tomato plant. I cannot grow as tall as other trees but I can keep
giving my tomatoes for the farmers. I only die if there is no enough sunlight and water. Or if
you cut me with an axe- then it is over.
