1.

Step 1
1. Create the circle on the yz-plane. Exit sketcher. Be sure to name your sketches, otherwise it's
difficult to keep track of everything.

2. Step 2
2. Enter sketcher on the yz-plane and create the spline shown. Exit sketcher.

3. Step 3
3. Create the following spline on the yz-plane. Exit sketcher.

4. Step 4
4. Create the following spline on the zx-plane. Exit sketcher.

5. Step 5
5. Create the following spline on the zx-plane. Exit sketcher.

6. Step 6
6. Extrude the first spline.

7. Step 7
7. Extrude the 2nd spline.

8. Step 8
8. and the 3rd...

9. Step 9
9. and the 4th... You should end up with a kind-of box.

10.

Step 10

10. Create an intersection curve as shown.

11.

Step 11

11. Create another intersection curve.

12.

Step 12

12. Create the plane as shown.

13.

Step 13

13. Create 2 intersection points. Click the button shown to add the 2 curves.

14.

Step 14

14. Enter sketcher on the plane you just made and make the following shape. The two endpoints
should be coincident with the two intersection points you just made.

15.

Step 15

15. Make another plane as shown.

1. Step 16
16. Make 2 more intersection points.

2. Step 17
17. Create the shape shown, following similar procedure as the one before.

3. Step 18
18. Make the profile shown on the zx-axis. The left-most point should be coincident with the H-axis.
The right-most point should be coincident with the V-axis.

4. Step 19
19. Make the line shown.

5. Step 20
20. Make a Revolution Surface with both the profile and line you made earlier. The command for it
is underneath the Extrude command.

6. Step 21
21. Create a multisection surface. Make sure the closing points are correct.

7. Step 22
22. Create another circle on the yz-plane.

8. Step 23
23. Extrude the circle.

9. Step 24
24. Split the fan blade and extruded circle. Click Other Side if the wrong part is cut out.

10.

Step 25

25. Fill in the tip of the blade.

11.

Step 26

26. Make the following spiral on the yz-plane.

12.

Step 27

27. Enter sketcher on the yz-plane and project the spiral, then offset it and close the ends.

13.

Step 28

28. Project the spiral sketch onto the spinner cone.

14.

Step 29

29. Extrude the projection.

15.

Step 30

30. Split the extrusion and spinner.

16.

Step 31

31. Fill in the empty space using the spinner as the Support.

17.

Step 32

32. Join the fan blade and its filled-in tip.

18.

Step 33

33. Create the rest of the blades by using Circular Pattern.

19.

Step 34

34. You are done! Go ahead and render it and admire your work.
