Aledo Athletics Youth Baseball Umpire, Aledo, Texas 2008-2012
I officiated youth baseball games while having to professionally and respectfully interact with coaches and
parents
Splash Kingdom Water Park, Willow Park, Texas 2013
In the spring I worked with new construction of the water park, using various power and hand tools, and
worked as a tester to ensure the safety of the rides. Once the park opened in the summer I worked as a
lifeguard.
Volunteer Experience
Aledo Childrens Advocats, Aledo, Texas 2007-2014
I have volunteered for many things such as, working the charity golf tournament, angel tree shopping, back
to school shopping, and whatever else came up.
East Parker County Teen Court, Aledo, Texas 2008-2014
From 08-10 I volunteered as a jury member deciding the range of community service hours to be served
to teens who had been ticketed and had opted to be punished by their peers. From 10-14 I served as the
lead Prosecuting Attorney, heading all the major cases and mentoring younger volunteers working to
become prosecutors.
I Can Childrens Ministry, Nassau, Bahamas 2014
I worked building planter boxers in the morning for I Can Childrens Ministry because they take in children
from the ghettos and teach them skills such as farming and ranching so they can hopefully turn their
situation around. In the afternoons when the children got out of school and came to us I helped with their
homework and mentored them.
Camp Barnabas for Special Needs Individuals, Lake Table Rock, Missiouri 2014
I was paired with a boy who had Downs Syndrome and I assisted him wherever he could not meet his basic
needs, so he could experience and enjoy summer camp. This included helping him eat, brush his teeth,
change his clothes, and comfort him when he had an emotional fit.
Church of Christ Disaster Response Team 2010-2012
In 2010 I went to Port Arthur, Texas, which had been hit by hurricane Ike. I worked to rebuild and
landscape houses for those who lost everything in the storm and did not have the means to rebuild. In 2012
when the tornadoes struck Moore, Oklahoma I was one of the first responders and I worked to clear debris,
and tear down houses that were ravaged beyond repair by the tornado.
