This young lady has ‘many attributes that you typically only see in a veteran teacher. Her classroom management was spot ‘on; she exhibited “withitness” as well as an ability to consistently maintain the classroom expectations, Lida excelled in differentiating instruction. Lessons were well planned and provided both challenge where needed for those students ready for it and reinforcement/acceleration for the struggling learners.
