Further to the Registration for Pre-School admission held from 21 Jan 2014 to 05 Feb 2014, the
applicants scoring 75 points and above in aggregate as per the list attached have been shortlisted for
verification of documents for the 130 seats under General Category as per the schedule given
below:( Children born between 01 April 2010 and 31 March 2011 only have been shortlisted )

The following documents in original are required to be brought for verification along with a set of
attested photo copies that are to be submitted in school.
1.

Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

2.

Any two Proofs of residential address (Lease Deed/ latest paid Electricity/ MTNL Bill/ Electoral Card/
Driving License. In case of rental accommodation, valid Rent Agreement and an affidavit on stamp
paper to be submitted). School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home
visits.

3.

Medical fitness certificate of the child issued by Medical Officer.

4.

In case of sibling applicants, the school Identity Card /Fee Bill of sibling studying in DPS Dwarka.

5.

Proof of Transfer to Delhi.- Transfer Order and joining report stating date of transfer and date of
joining.

6.

Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate of the parent for the claim under alumni.

Self Attested photo copies to be submitted.

No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of
verification.
Parents are requested to adhere to the timings to avoid inconvenience to other parents.
The list of candidates provisionally selected for admission will be displayed on Friday, 28 Feb
2014 at 4.00 p.m. List of candidates for draw of lots, if applicable will also be displayed
