ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM
For Admission to Pre-School (Nursery) Session 2014-2015

Indraprastha INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA welcomes you to the Pre-School

registration process for the academic session 2014-2015
1. Class
Pre-School
2. Age Eligibility 3yrs and above as on 31-03-2014
3. The online application form will be available from Tuesday, 21st January 2014 from 7:00 a.m.
onwards. The last date to register online is 05th February 2014 by 1:00p.m.
4. Application form is also available at school reception.
Guidelines for filling ONLINE forms
1. This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to
avoid rejection of the form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
2. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N/A for those entries, which are not applicable to you.
Please do not leave any entry blank.
3. After completing the registration form, click on the SUBMIT button to submit it. Please take a print out
of the filled form.
4. The printed copy of the form (along with the documents required) must be submitted to the school office
on any working day from 21st January, 2014 to 05th February, 2014 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
along with the PAY ORDER / DEMAND DRAFT (registration fee) of Rs.25/- IN FAVOUR OF
INDRAPRASTHA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA PAYABLE AT NEW DELHI (NO CASH WILL
BE ACCEPTED).
5. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill in more than one form for one applicant.
Instructions
1. Incomplete Registration form will be rejected without any communication.
2. Please submit attested copies of the following documents along with the form :
a. Copy of Birth Certificate
b. Inoculation/Medical fitness certificate by a doctor
c. Proof of residence
3. Please submit the documentary proof of the following, if applicable:
a. Report card of elder child in the same school for sibling points.
b. Pass certificate of parents of IPIS to avail alumni points.
c. Proof of transfer, if any, (In case the parents have been transferred in the last academic
session)
4. Please note that due to limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply.
