1.Unit Early Coal Processing
The goal is to process coal into a form that can be incorporated into stone bara.Batu coal liquefaction
process received from the field is still in the form of chunks that need to be done grinding. The average

2.Unit Disbursement
Coal that has passed the stage of further grinding slurry poured into the mixer using conveyor.Pada

downstream solvent hydrogenation unit. Results end of slurry mixer mixed with hidrogen.Sebelum
entered the reactor, the flow will pass through a pre-heater to raise the temperature of the reactor
temperatures close to 4000 C.Setelah out of the reactor, which will pass through the separator

Distillation 3.Unit
The distillation process is distilled atomsferik which aims to separate the already-free compound naptha
lighter weight and out of the compound as the main product, will then go to the bottom of the
distillation column vakum.Produk this is residual, distillate output over a large field that will lead to

Solvent Hydrogenation 4.Unit
After that it will pass Solvent booster pump for pumping hydrogen aliran.Kemudian included Heated by
pre-heating furnace before entering into solvent hydrogenation reactor to raise the temperature of 3204000C and also use Ni-Mo catalysts (Al2O3)
Process Performance
Performance of the process is shown by the mass and energy efficiency of the overall mass
proses.Efisiensi karbon.Efisiensi can be seen from the energy efficiency can be seen from the energy
balance. After that it will pass through a separator to separate the gases (mostly hydrogen) are formed

and used as recycyle hydrogen.Sedangkan product from solvent hydrogenation reactor will go into the
stripper. Exodus under solvent stripper is used as a hydrogen donor to be blended into the rock coal
slurry feed in the mixer. Exodus it a naptha etc.
