DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS
PERSONAL ACCIDENT
Accidental Death
A lump sum compensation as specified in the Schedule of Benefits is paid as a
result of accidental death to the Insured Person while travelling.
Permanent Disablement
If you suffer total permanent disablement while travelling, you will receive
compensation as per the Schedule of Benefits.
DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS
Compassionate Visit Benefit
In the event of the Insured Persons death is due to an accident or sickness whilst
on the trip and no adult member of the Insured Persons family is with the Insured
Person, we will reimburse reasonable travelling (by economy class) and hotel
accommodation expenses up to the limit stated in the Schedule of Benefits
incurred by a relative or friend until the Insured Person can return to Malaysia or
able to resume his/her trip or until completion of the period of insurance or assist
in the burial or cremation arrangements in the locality where death occurs.
Child Companion
We will reimburse reasonable travelling (by economy class) and hotel
accommodation expenses of up to the limit stated in the Schedule of Benefits for
your relative or friend required on medical advice from the treating physician to take
care of your children traveling with you who are left unattended as a result of your
hospitalization while overseas, back to Malaysia.
Hospital Allowance
If you are being confined in a hospital overseas as an in-patient on the
recommendation of a medical practitioner as a result of bodily Injury or sickness
sustained during your overseas trip, we will reimburse you the amount for each day
of hospital confinement incurred stated in the Schedule of Benefits.
Emergency Medical Evacuation & Repatriation
In the event of emergency medical evacuation (in a medical critical condition as
judged appropriate by the Asia Assistance Network) to the nearest hospital up to the
maximum sum insured based on the selected plan as specified in the Schedule of
Benefits as a result of injury or sickness sustained by the Insured Person whilst
overseas.
If the Insured Person is hospitalized abroad and it is medically necessary for the
Insured Person to be repatriated back to Malaysia to continue treatment, we will pay
necessary repatriation costs including the transportation costs as specified in the
Schedule of Benefits.
Repatriation of Mortal Remains
Pays for the cost of burial or cremation in the locality where death occurs or the
expenses of transporting the mortal remains back to Malaysia.
Baggage Delay
Should your baggage be delayed for every full six (6) consecutive hours of the time
of arrival at the scheduled destination, we will reimburse you for any emergency
purchase of essential items like clothing and toiletries. This is subject to the limits
specified in the Schedule of Benefits.
Loss of Baggage/Personal Effects
We will reimburse you for the loss of or damage to your luggage and/or personal
effects while travelling up to a limit as specified in the Schedule of Benefits.
DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS
Loss of Travel Documents & Personal Money
We will reimburse you for any one claim or series of claims arising from the same
incidence including cost of replacing lost travel documents during any one Journey
shall not exceed the limit as specified in the Schedule of Benefits.
For loss of cash, travellers cheques or banknotes belonging to him/her due to
robbery, burglary, theft whilst the Insured Person is overseas, we will pay up to
RM1,000 subject to a police report being lodged.
Flight Delay
Pays if the conveyance is delayed from the scheduled departure time for each full six
(6) consecutive hours due to strike, adverse weather conditions, technical problem
or airport closure.
Loss Of Deposit or Payment due to abscondment or Insolvency of Travel Agents
In the event before the departure date of your planned journey, the travel agency
from where you have purchased your air tickets or tour packages has absconded
or declared insolvent, we will reimburse you for loss of irrecoverable deposits or full
payments paid in advance for air tickets or tour packages, as per the limit as
specified in the Schedule of Benefits.
Personal Liability
Should you become legally liable to pay a third party for accidental bodily injury or
accidental property damage while travelling, we will pay for indemnities incur,
subject to the limit as specified in the Schedule of Benefits.
Hijacking Inconvenience
In the event of the hijack by criminal elements of the conveyance in which you are
travelling, we will pay the amount up to the limit as specified in the Schedule of
Benefits.
Trip Cancellation
Should your planned trip be cancelled due to your death, serious sickness or injury
or similarly of a member of your immediate family, damage to your residence due to
natural disaster or outbreak of infectious epidemic at the travel destination, we will
reimburse your necessary pre-paid (non-refundable) expenses up to a limit as
specified in the Schedule of Benefits.
Trip Postponement
If your trip is deferred or postponed, arising from the similar as stipulated in Trip
Cancellation above, causes after this insurance has been effected, we will
reimburse you up to the limit as stated in the Schedule of Benefits.
Trip Curtailment Expenses
Reimburses for proportional return of irrecoverable prepaid costs incurred, if it is
necessary & unavoidable to curtail your trip.
Travel Missed Connections
If your incoming flight is delayed within six (6) full consecutive hours, causing you to
miss your connecting flight, we will pay an allowance as specified in the Schedule
of Benefits.
DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS
Travel Overbooked
Pays due to overbooked common air carrier and no alternative transportation is
made available to you within six (6) full consecutive hours of the incoming flight actual
arrival time.
Travel Reroute
Pays as specified in the Schedule of Benefits if the arrival of the scheduled public
conveyance is delayed for six (6) full consecutive hours due to rerouting.
Missed Departure
Reimburses for additional accommodation and travel expenses necessarily and
reasonably incurred, as a result of mechanical breakdown of public transport
services, to get you to the departure port, airport or train station, as stated in your
ticket.
Home Content Benefit
Pays for damages to your home contents as a result of fire when your house is left
vacant while you are travelling outside Malaysia.
Rental Car Excess Cover
Reimbursement for any excess/deductible up to a limit as specified in the Schedule
of Benefits which you become legally liable to pay in respect of loss or damage to
rental car during the rental period due to accident.
Emergency Telephone Charges
Reimbursement up to the limit as specified in the Schedule of Benefits for the
phone charges incurred for the sole purpose of engaging the services of our
Appointed Assistance Company during a medical assistance/emergency.
Automatic Extension Of Cover
We will extend the cover for a further period up to 30 days for you to complete the
planned journey due to bodily injury, sickness or delayed of booked transport
beyond your control.

Kemalangan Maut
Pampasan seperti dinyatakan dalam Jadual Manfaat dibayar jika berlaku
kemalangan maut pada Individu yang diinsuranskan semasa dalam perjalanan.
Hilang Keupayaan Kekal
Jika anda mengalami hilang upaya kekal menyeluruh ketika dalam perjalanan, anda
akan menerima pampasan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Manfaat.
PERIHAL MANFAAT
Elaun Hospital
Jika anda dimasukkan ke hospital luar Negara atas sokongan pengamal perubatan
untuk menerima rawatan sebagai Pesakit Dalam disebabkan mengalami kecederaan
tubuh badan atau sakit semasa dalam perjalananan, kami akan bayar anda amaun
bagi setiap hari anda berada dihospital seperti dinyatakan dalam Jadual Manfaat.
Pemindahan Kecemasan Perubatan & Penghantaran Pulang
Jika berlaku pemindahan kecemasan perubatan (keadaan kesihatan kritikal yang
dianggap sesuai oleh Asia Assistance Network) ke hospital yang berdekatan akibat

oleh Individu

diinsuranskan semasa di luar
Negara, ianya tertakluk pada had maksima jumlah yang diinsuranskan berdasarkan
pada pilihan pelan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Manfaat.
Jika Individu yang diinsuranskan berada di hospital luar Negara dan pada segi
perubatan Individu yang diinsuranskan tersebut diperlu bawa pulang ke Malaysia
untuk meneruskan semula rawatan, kami akan bayar kos penghantaran pulang
termasuk kos pengangkutan seperti dinyatakan dalam Jadual Manfaat.
Penghantaran Pulang Mayat
Bayar untuk kos pengebumian atau pembakaran mayat di kawasan tempat berlaku
kematian atau perbelanjaan pengangkutan untuk membawa pulang mayat ke
Malaysia.
Kelewatan Bagasi
Sekiranya bagasi anda terlewat bagi setiap enam (6) jam sepenuhnya berturut-turut
dari masa ketibaan di destinasi yang telah dijadualkan, kami akan membayar balik
kepada anda untuk sebarang pembelian barang-barang keperluan kecemasan
seperti pakaian dan barang-barang keperluan tertakluk pada had yang dinyatakan
dalam Jadual Manfaat.
Kehilangan Bagasi/Barang Milik Peribadi
Kami akan bayar kerugian anda bagi kehilangan atau kerosakan pada bagasi
dan/atau harta milik diri anda jika berlaku semasa dalam perjalanan sehingga had
yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Manfaat.
Kehilangan Dokumen Perjalanan & Wang Milik Diri
Kami akan bayar balik setiap tuntutan atau mana-mana tuntutan kerugian anda yang
berlaku dari kejadian yang sama termasuk kos gantian semula dokumen perjalanan
yang hilang sepanjang mana-mana Perjalanan tidak melebehi had yang dinyatakan
dalam Jadual Manfaat.
Bagi kerugian wang tunai, cek kembara (Travellers cheques) atau wang kertas milik
anda/Individu yang diinsuranskan akibat rompakan, kecurian, pencurian semasa
berada di luar Negara, kami akan bayar sehingga RM1,000 tertakluk pada laporan
polis yang telah dibuat.
Kelewatan Penerbangan
Kami bayar jika pesawat pembawa lewat dari masa jadual keberangkatan setiap
enam (6) jam sepenuhnya berturut-turut disebabkan mogok, keadaan cuaca yang
kurang baik, masalah teknikal atau penutupan lapangan terbang.

NOTA MUSTAHAK
1. Anda dan suami atau isteri mesti berumur diantara 18 dan 65 tahun.
2. Kanak-kanak anda mesti berumur diantara 3 bulan dan 18 tahun (atau sehingga umur 23 tahun,
jika masih belajar di institusi pengajian tinggi yang diiktiraf)
3. Travel For More hanya untuk Warga Negara Malaysia, Residen Tetap dan Pemegang-Pemegang
Permit Kerja yang bekerja secara sah di Malaysia.
4. Anda hanya layak membeli satu Polisi berkenaan sahaja untuk perjalanan sama dimana setiap
perjalanan mesti bermula dan berakhir di Malaysia.
5. Jangka masa maxima untuk satu perjalanan ialah 90 hari.
6. Polisi ini diterjemahkan mengikut undang-undang dan bidang kuasa Malaysia.
7. Sekiranya berlaku tuntutan kerugian, sila hubungi mana-mana pejabat cawangan OACM atau
ejen anda secepat mungkin dan kemukakan semua dokumen asal resit, invois and lain-lain
dokumen berkaitan.
8. Perihal Manfaat disusun secara ringkas untuk cepat dan mudah rujukan sahaja. Terma & Syarat
penuh sudah sedia ada dalam dokumen Polisi. Sila hubungi OACM Customer Service Careline

9. Risalah ini untuk maklumat am sahaja. Anda dinasihatkan merujuk kepada Dokumen
Keterangan Produk sebelum membeli pelan tersebut. Pengecualian dan had manfaat yang
dinyatakan di atas adalah tidak menyeluruh. Untuk maklumat lanjut, sila rujuk pada terma-terma
dan syarat-syarat yang tertera di dalam Polisi terbitan OACM. Sekiranya terdapat perbezaan di
antara Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna
