Abstract
Keywords: strings, dynamics
1. STRINGS
An introduction of classical strings, with certian boundary conditions which are used
in the article. Review of Lagrangian Mechanics in which the Euler-Lagrange equations are
used.
2. RELATIVITY

Basic principles in relativity are explained and reparameteriaztion invariance discussed.

3. RELATIVITY AND STRINGS
Invariance of area, actions boundary conditions, and D-branes are discussed. Motion of
endpoints are also discussed.
4. MAKING CALCULATIONS EASIER
and reparameterisations discussed and the equations of motion.
5. ELECTRODYNAMICS
basic electrodynamics with relativistic notation introduced
6. ELECTRODYNAMICS AND STRINGS
B and H field introduced and D-brane charge first metioned.
7. ON THE RADIATION OF A ROTATING OPEN STRING
The power radiated from a rotating string calculated and graphed.
