On 12/18/14 | was advised by Mansfield DPW Worker, John Tate, that Mayor Ted Tomaszewski was
currently at the old DPW garage located on Main Street having his mason dump truck loaded with road
milings. Mr. Tate advised the road millings were supposed to be recycled from the Diamond Hill paving
project from earlier in the year. Mr. Tate also advised he did not know if the milings were available to all
residents or ifthe Mayor had a right to the same. He stated DPW Supervisor, Kevin Ward, was utlzing the
Mansfield Township bucket loader to load the millings into Mayor Tomaszewski's mason dump truck, |
advised Mr. Tate | would follow up with the Township Clerk to ascertain if the millings were free to be taken,
‘Afterwards | spoke with Mansfield Township Clerk, Dena Hrebenak, and inquired about the milings. Ms.
Hrebenak advised she did not believe the milings were available to be taken by anyone. She stated
Mansfield Township Engineer Drew Disessa was in charge of the Diamond Hill paving project and would
know for sure. She provided contact information for Drew Disessa
{received a phone call from Chief Reilly shortly afterwards and he advised he had received phone calls from
‘multiple committee persons in regards to the possible theft of road millings by Mayor Tomaszewski. Chief
Reilly advised to document the incident and forward the same to the Prosecutor's Office to avoid any conflicts
of interest. | advised the Chief | would drive by the area and document any activity in reference to the above
feport from Mr. Tate. Upon driving by the area, | identified Mayor Tomaszewski's red Chevrolet Mason Dump
Truck parked in the rear of the 28 Fire building on the property of the old DPW Building. | also identified
Mayor Tomaszewski near the pile of road milings which were covered by a tarp. | parked my vehicle and
witnessed Mayor Tomaszewski uncover the pile of road milings, A bucket loader proceeded to load Mr.
Tomaszewsk's mason dump truck with road milings.

Afterwards | contacted Det, Imboden from the Warren County Prosecutor's Office and advised him of the
above. Det. Imboden advised he would follow up. | advised | did not want to be involved in the investigation
due to the conflict of working for the township. Nothing further.
