    Executive Session began at 7:34pm.


    Roll Call: Mrs. Oakley, Mr. Watters, Ms. Nerbak, Mr. Appleby, Mayor Baldwin all present.
    Discussions were held with Deputy Mayor Watters dealing with the complaint received from the
    Attorney Generals Office. Deputy Mayor Watters explained his side of the story.
    Deputy Mayor Watters left the executive session.
    The Township Committee discussed the situation and ways to rectify the situation.
    The Township Committee asked Deputy Mayor Watters to return to the executive session.
    The Township Committee asked that Deputy Mayor Watters relinquish his position as DPW
    Subcommittee Person for the length of his term.
    Ms. Nerbak made a motion to adjourn the executive session at 8:09pm, which was carried by Mrs.
    Oakley.
