Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writing to you to request your consideration of a student visa in order to realize my 9th
Semester of Architecture studies at Sante Fe University of Art & Design located in Sante Fe,
NM.
This course will be entirely funded by my father Roberto Cortes Ocampo. The course
duration will start from the day August 26, 2015 to end in December 18, 2015 within the
premises of Santa Fe University of Art & Design in Santa Fe, NM.
I am looking forward to get an affirmative answer and my aplication is accepted, since taking
this course would really be very important for me and will give a new twist to my professional
and personal life, as I would have the experience of living in a country with a different culture,
where a lot of people from different countries converge in one place. I believe I will grow as a
person and also this experience will allow me to convey all that knowledge I learned in
college to my fellow classmates.
This course will reaffirm my love for architecture, because I will have new experiences that
will nurture my creativity and I will be able to create projects with a broader view. To find and
seek new ways to create is very important for my career, and I think that the US is a
country that hosts a wide world of new technologies and architectural design techniques that
will allow me be a better professional and a better person.
