6. Report Generation-To prepare MIS documents
7. Employee Relations- Grievance Handling
8. Employee Welfare- Prepare birthday calendar monthly, Holiday calendar annually, season
greetings, handling accidental/medical insurance of employees, to arrange birthday party,
conferences, trip, employees achievement.
9. Employee Database- Maintaining and Updating Employee Files with all documents as per
checklist .
10. Exit Interview- Provide No dues form and conducting Exit Interview.
11. Full & Final settlement -Processing F & F settlement and relieving formalities with approval
and as per policy.
12. Policy Formulation- Formulation (as per discussion with management), Updation and
implementation.
