Description of client:
K.S. is a fit and slender 24-year-old Caucasian woman with blond hair and blue eyes. She
is very conventionally attractive, always dressed fashionably and maturely, and wears minimal
makeup. She presents as a clean, hygienic, and put together individual, with a very friendly,
smiley, and sweet demeanor. The client tends to sit properly and somewhat stiffly, with her hands
folded in her lap, yet is often slightly fidgeting. Nonetheless, she is engaged, polite, and
personable, always seemingly aiming to please.

Developmental History:
K.S. was born and raised in Pasadena, CA, but her family moved frequently between
houses within the city. Her parents separated for one year when she was 15, during which both
she and her two brothers switched between staying with each parent. The clients parents are
currently back together, and her family remained very close throughout. All of the family
members are very affectionate with each other, but are also quite emotional and reactive, which
often leads to arguments and mild fights. K.S. is the middle child, so she is frequently the
mediator.
