are asking you to verify yourself to help you keep them protected. By verifying your
teacher account, you can make sure that your connections, resources, and classroom
remain as safe and secure as possible, so that all you have to focus on is teaching.
By signing and submitting this form, you represent and warrant that the following
information is true and accurate:

I am an educator at an educational institution.

I am over eighteen (18) years old.

3.

I have permission and authorization from my educational institution to use

Edmodos services with my students.

4.

I have previously reviewed and agreed to Edmodos Terms of Services

and Privacy Policy, which are available, respectively, at

5.

I, or my educational institution, has obtained, or will obtain, advance

written consent from a parent or guardian of any child under the age of
thirteen (13) before enabling that child to obtain access to Edmodos
services.
