1.The Workshop will provide a framework for understanding and practicing leader
ship,
while highlighting fundamental skills needed to lead in today s complex world.
2. Fellows will have the opportunity to discover their leadership style and lea
rn
how to maximize that style in a variety of situations and with a variety of peop
leworkshop
participants will explore a process to develop and implement broad areas for chan
ge .
Fellows get an understanding of key concepts/terms related to social justice (i.
e. power, privilege, oppression)
as it connects to people s intersecting identities across multiple dimensions (rac
e/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation,
religious/spiritual, ability status, national origin).
3. Fellows will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of
social justice and with ideas on ways to become social change agents.
