IP telephony Quality of Service (QoS) Seminar

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is an emerging technology that offers significant cost
benefits to users over regular telephony. However quality is a major issue, in this seminar
we will examine the issues that effect VoIP quality and techniques proposed to improve
the quality.
