Letter of Recommendation re: Aaron Shaw

To Whom It May Concern:
I was privileged to be assigned as Aaron Shaws internship supervisor for March to May, 2015. I have
had the pleasure of being able to watch Mr. Shaw grow in his teaching abilities and confidence
throughout this second teacher-intern placement. His situation was an atypical one in that he worked
with two co-operating mathematics teachers in a high school setting. He was very successful in his
experiences.
I found Mr. Shaw to be very professional and a willing teacher who was eager to take direction from his
mentors, as he has a keen desire to grow in his chosen profession. He has a natural ability in developing
relationships with his students, and he works extremely hard preparing appropriate and interesting
lessons. He is a team player as well.
From my observations of and discussions with Mr. Shaw, I can highly recommend him for a future
teaching position. I know of no reason why he should not work with children. Mr. Shaw is a natural
teacher and one any school district would be very fortunate to have in their employ!
