who JUST played it, (already have two in hand) then throw one. (keep in your
hand if u drew it)
Kong: (4 of the same kind) - you can lay them out in front of you (either face
up/face down), draw 1 tile from end pile, then throw one (take or draw).
(someone can steal to win if you drew it and the set is already in front of you)
Eyes: 2 identical tiles needed for winning hand. (keep in hand obv)
