She uses tobacco but does not drink alcohol.
Food is purchased by the patient herself and daughters.

PE
Vital signs: Temp 102, Pulse 68, Resp rate 32, BP 78/60, Height 5'2", Weight 110 lbs.
Heart: Regular rate and rhythm, heart sounds normal.
General appearance: thin, pale, and in acute distress.
HEENT(Head, Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat): Noncontributory.
Genitalia: WNL.
Neurologic: Oriented x 4.
Skin: Warm and dry to touch.
Chest/lungs: Rapid breath sounds, lungs clear.
Abdomen: Tender with guarding, absent bowel sounds.

To confirm the severity of the case, radiologic imaging techniques can be performed to confirm clinical lab diagnosis.
