ANDRAGOGY AND PEDAGOGY

This paper offers the differences between this two terms Pedagogy and Andragogy, and the
best way to develop each one. Platon was the first to give us an idea about Pedagogy is, but
years later Malcolm Knowles gave to us the theory about adult education. New methods
were determinate to found the corrected way to teach, and the easy way to learn for
children and adults.
