Dear Mr. & Mrs A. Nonymous,

I write to bring to your attention that (NAME) has arrived late to
School several occasions this term.
When (NAME) arrives to school she must sign in at Morey Reception. If
Tessa doesnt do this Absentee staff check for her during Period 1.
If your child is a Bus Traveller and is unable to attend House Tutor,
they must still sign in.
Students are required to be at School for House Tutor by 8.35am each
morning. It is very important they attend as the Daily Bulletin is read
to students which inform them of room changes, co-curricular
activities, meetings and other daily events.
I would appreciate you discussing the reason for (NAME)s frequent
lateness with him/her in order to resolve this problem. (NAME)s
continual lateness to school could jeopardise her eligibility for House
Colours.
Should you be unable to meet this punctuality requirement, please do
not hesitate to contact me.
