Post Specification Executive Assistant (Ref. 15031805) Duties The appointee will be required to: (a) assist in the administration, coordination and promotion of various activities of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre (the Centre) and the State Key Laboratory (the Laboratory) of the department; (b) provide secretarial support to the Centre and the Laboratory of the department; (c) provide logistics support for organizing events, exhibitions, visits, seminars, conferences, etc; and (d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or his delegates. Qualification Applicants should: (a) have a recognised degree; (b) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua; (c) be able to work under pressure and tight schedule; and (d) have good interpersonal and communication skills.
