She put forth a great effort in curriculum planning and preparation and presented lesson concepts and activities in an engaging, interesting and effective manner that enriched learning opportunites for students. Ashiey consistently incorporated technology in her lesson implementation. She provided instruction that encouraged participation, critical thinking and successful achievement for all students, inher 3rd grade classroom. Ashley worked extremely well with her cooperating teacher, listening carefully, acting upon suggestions and developing appropriate and effective instructional techniques. She gained important ‘experience and knowledge in the area of student assessment and evaluation, Ashley utilized assessment information fo develop appropriate lessons and activities that addressed student learning ‘needs. She gained confidence and made outstanding progress in developing appropriate and effective classroom management skils. Ashley's efforts in classroom management ed to a disciplined ‘and organized classroom that allowed children to learn in a secure and creative learning environment that was both enjoyable and productive for student achievement. ‘Ashley was accepted and appreciated by children, parents and guardians. She established respectful {and productive relationships by being oulgoing, friendly and kind. Ashley developed an excellent relationship with all school personnel by displaying a wilingness to listen and learn as an educator, land exhibiting a cooperative attitude, Ashley showed resourcefulness, honesty, courtesy and professionalism throughout her student teaching experience at Sand Lake Elementary School Ashley completed her elementary student teaching seminar requirements in an outstanding manner. ‘She showed appropriate concern for assignments and completed all assignments in an exemplary manner. Ashley demonstrated a very cooperative attitude, a wilingness to learn and showed respect, for others during seminar sessions. With Ashley's postive atitude, wilingness to listen and learn and her strong desire to be an effective ‘educator, !am convinced that she will continue to progress as an educator and become an asset to the teaching profession.
