I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Mrs. Donyetta
Hall, who I have had the pleasure to work with in mentoring and training
young and adults alike. During Mrs. Hall tenure as a mentee, I was
introduced to several facets of her life.
Mrs. Hall has an excellent niche when dealing with children and
exceptional communication skills, which she uses efficiently when interacting
with students. Other than her academic excellence Mrs. Hall has also been
an enthusiastic participant in various extra-curricular activities. Mrs. Hall has
all the qualities which a person requires to become a good teacher, and
these very traits have helped her climb the ladder of progress very fast.
When she began her teaching career, it was immediately evident that
Donyetta had a love for the profession and a sincere interest in and concern
for children. She was willing to develop creative lessons that have proved to
be interesting and educationally effective.
Donyetta has approached any and all aspects of the work involved
in teaching children with eager anticipation. Donyettas classroom
management style seemed closer to that of a veteran teacher than to the
preschool teacher she is. Her maturity in dealing with the students was
evident and, as a result, commanded real respect from the students.
