I am currently a liberal arts student at Antioch University Santa Barbara and I am

writing to you on behalf of an assignment for my academic writing class. We have
been asked to contact a business professional in a field of interest and because I
am interested in art and graphic design I naturally thought of contacting you.
In particular I am interested in what types of documents you write (emails to
clients, job proposals, contracts, brochures etc). The purpose of these
documents is for me to analyze the rhetoric, tone and composition used to
successfully communicate with various audiences, and to improve on my writing
skills. I would really appreciate it, if I could get these documents by 4/24/15.
Also if you have the time, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to schedule
an interview with you on this subject via phone or Skype in the near future.
